James Wigfall is an American former professional basketball player. Known for his collegiate career at Cheyney State College (now Cheyney University of Pennsylvania) and his subsequent professional play in the Eastern Basketball Association (EBA).

James Wigfall attended Cheyney State College, where he played collegiate basketball for the Cheyney Wolves. During his time at Cheyney, Wigfall was a standout player, making significant contributions to the team. His performance earned him recognition, culminating in his selection in the NBA draft.
Professional Career
Wigfall was drafted by the Baltimore Bullets in the 7th round (116th overall pick) of the 1970 NBA draft.
