Jail Bait is a 1954 American film noir crime drama directed by Ed Wood. The film stars Dolores Fuller, Lyle Talbot, Steve Reeves, and Timothy Farrell.
The plot revolves around Donald Gregor (Herbert Rawlinson), a teenager who is wrongly accused of murder. He seeks refuge with a plastic surgeon, Dr. Boris Gregor (Lyle Talbot), who alters his appearance. Donald, now posing as Bob, becomes entangled in a web of deceit and must clear his name while avoiding the police and the real killers. The film is notable for its low budget, dialogue, and performances, all hallmarks of Ed Wood's filmmaking style. While considered a cult classic by some due to its notoriety, Jail Bait is generally regarded as a poorly made film.
