Jacques Debeur

Jacques Debeur (6 December 1936 – 23 July 2004) was a Belgian fencer. He was born in Ixelles, Belgium, and died in Brussels, Belgium. Debeur competed in the épée and foil events at two Olympic Games: the 1956 Summer Olympics in Melbourne and the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome. He stood 190 cm tall and weighed 76 kg during his competitive career. He was the son of Charles Debeur, a three-time Belgian national fencing champion. Following his athletic career, he also contributed to the administrative side of international fencing.
