Igor Žofčák (born 25 June 1980) is a Slovak former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. He began his senior career with ŠK Slovan Bratislava, where he made his debut in 1998 and remained until 2002. Žofčák then transferred to Sparta Prague for the 2002–2003 season, after which he returned to Slovan on loan. In 2004 he joined Artmedia Petržalka, contributing to the club’s historic run to the group stage of the UEFA Champions League in the 2005–06 season. He later played for MŠK Žilina (2009–2011) before returning again to Slovan Bratislava (2012–2015). Žofčák concluded his playing career with brief spells at FK Senica and lower‑division sides, retiring in the late 2010s.
Internationally, Žofčák earned 53 caps for the Slovakia national team between 2002 and 2012, scoring two goals. He participated in the qualification campaigns for the 2006, 2010 and 2014 FIFA World Cups, as well as the UEFA European Championships.
Following retirement, Žofčák has remained involved in football through coaching and youth development, although detailed records of his post‑playing activities are limited.
