Hukam is a village development committee in Eastern Rukum District, Lumbini Province, in western Nepal. At the time of the 2011 Nepal census, it had a population of 2,148 people living in 475 individual households. It is located at approximately coordinates 28°38′N 82°55′E. Formerly designated as a Village Development Committee (VDC), it encompasses nine wards and is situated in the hilly terrain of western Nepal. The area code is +977-88. Hukam is part of Putha Uttarganga Rural Municipality.
