Holtsee is a municipality in the district of Rendsburg-Eckernförde, in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. It is situated approximately 13 km northeast of Rendsburg and 22 km southwest of Kiel. Holtsee's administrative office is located in the Amt Hüttener Berge.
