Holt was a former municipality in the former Aust-Agder county (now part of Agder county), Norway. It existed as an independent administrative unit from 1 January 1838, when the formannskapsdistrikt law established local governments, until its dissolution on 1 January 1960, when it was merged into the new municipality of Aust-Agder (later incorporated into Grimstad municipality).
