Hiqmet Delvina (10 July 1888 – 28 January 1958) was an Albanian politician who served as Minister of Justice of Albania from 11 May 1928 to 5 March 1930, during the reign of King Zog I. He succeeded Ilias Vrioni in this post and was followed by Vasil Avrami, who was subsequently succeeded by Milto Tutulani.
Born in Delvinë (then part of the Ottoman Empire, present‑day Albania), Delvina was a member of the Party of Traditions. His tenure as justice minister occurred within the early institutional framework of the Albanian state; the Ministry of Justice had been established shortly after Albania’s declaration of independence in 1912.
Delvina died on 28 January 1958 at the age of 69.
