Henrik Robstad (born 12 May 1991 in Kristiansand, Norway) is a former Norwegian professional footballer who played as a defender, primarily as a left back.
Early career and youth Robstad began his youth career with Hånes IF and later joined IK Start's youth academy, but was released by the club, who did not consider him good enough for a senior contract. While skiing at the resort Hovden, he met Vindbjart FK head coach Steinar Skeie, who invited him to trial. Robstad subsequently joined Vindbjart and played five seasons there, interrupted only by a college spell in the United States during 2011–2012.
Senior career After his time at Vindbjart, Robstad moved from the third tier to the second tier of Norwegian football, joining newly promoted FK Jerv ahead of the 2014 season. He spent two seasons at Jerv before returning to IK Start ahead of the 2016 season. He played for Start from 2016 through 2023, competing in both the Eliteserien (top division) and the OBOS-ligaen (second division). Over his senior career, he made 230 league appearances and scored 11 goals across all club competitions.
Robstad retired after the 2023 season. In January 2024, he made a move to Randesund Idrettslag, though he stated at the time that he had not yet decided whether to continue playing actively.
