Hengshui University (Chinese: 衡水学院) is a public higher‑education institution located in Hengshui, Hebei Province, People's Republic of China. It operates under the administration of the Hebei Provincial Department of Education.
History
The predecessor of the university was established in the mid‑20th century as a teachers’ college. In 2003, the institution was upgraded and granted university status, adopting its current name.

The university’s main campus occupies a suburban area of Hengshui city and covers several hundred hectares. The campus includes academic buildings, libraries, laboratories, student dormitories, sports facilities, and a variety of auxiliary services.
