Hazbin Hotel (Original Soundtrack) is an extended play (EP) soundtrack album released in three parts, featuring songs from the first season of the American adult animated television musical series Hazbin Hotel. The music was composed and written by Andrew Underberg and Sam Haft.
Release
The soundtrack was released in three parts corresponding to the rollout of the series' first season episodes. Part 1 was released on January 19, 2024; Part 2 on January 26, 2024; and Part 3 on February 1, 2024. The complete soundtrack album, containing all 16 songs from the first season, was released on February 2, 2024. The album was released under the A24 Music label.
Two singles preceded the series: "Happy Day in Hell," released on October 20, 2023, and "Poison," released on January 5, 2024.
Background and production
The series was created by Vivienne "VivziePop" Medrano, following the success of the 2019 pilot episode. A24 picked up the series for production in August 2020. The original release was planned for summer 2023 but was delayed to January 2024 due to the 2023 Writers Guild of America strike. In November 2023, Sam Haft (of The Living Tombstone) and Emmy-nominated Andrew Underberg were announced as the composers and producers of season one. Haft had previously worked with Medrano on the music for the Hazbin Hotel pilot and the soundtrack of Helluva Boss.

The complete soundtrack includes songs such as "Hell Is Forever," "Stayed Gone," "It Starts with Sorry," "Whatever It Takes," "Respectless," "Loser, Baby," "Hell's Greatest Dad," "More Than Anything," "Welcome to Heaven," "You Didn't Know," "Out for Love," "Ready for This," "More Than Anything (Reprise)," and "Finale," among others.
The soundtrack features performances by the series' voice cast, including Erika Henningsen, Stephanie Beatriz, Alex Brightman, Keith David, Jeremy Jordan, Blake Roman, Daphne Rubin-Vega, and others.
Accolades
The soundtrack was nominated for Top Soundtrack at the 2024 Billboard Music Awards and for Favorite Soundtrack at the 2025 American Music Awards.
Commercial performance
The complete soundtrack reached number 13 on the US Billboard 200 and topped the US Soundtrack Albums and US Comedy Albums charts. It also reached number 1 on the UK Compilation Albums and UK Soundtrack Albums charts. The album was certified Silver by the British Phonographic Industry (BPI) in the United Kingdom.
