Haruka Ueda (上田 晴香) is a Japanese former competitive swimmer who specialized in butterfly events. She represented Japan at international competitions, including the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where she competed in the women's 100 metre butterfly and was a member of the Japanese 4 × 100 metre medley relay team. Ueda has also taken part in the Asian Games, securing medals in butterfly disciplines. After a career spanning the late 2000s and early 2010s, she retired from elite competition.
