Harold Alexander Irving (March 4, 1927 – May 22, 2006) was a Canadian professional football player who played as a halfback for the Calgary Stampeders and Edmonton Eskimos.

Career Irving played junior football with the Calgary Tornadoes, where he was a teammate of future Premier of Alberta Peter Lougheed. He attended the University of Alberta, where he played football for the Golden Bears, and also played hockey for the McGill University Redmen.
Irving began his professional football career in 1948 with the Calgary Stampeders. That same year, he won the Grey Cup with the Stampeders as the team captured the championship. In 1949, he played for the Edmonton Eskimos.
Later Life and Death Harry Irving died of Alzheimer's disease in 2006 at the age of 79.
