Hamdou Mohamed Elhouni (Arabic: حمدو محمد الهوني; born 2 February 1994) is a Libyan professional footballer who plays as a left winger or attacking midfielder. As of the latest available information, he is a member of Botola club Wydad AC and represents the Libya national team.

Elhouni began his senior career with Libyan side Al‑Ahli Tripoli before moving to Europe.
