Héctor Biassini (born 4 October 1951) is an Argentine rower. He competed in the men's eight event at the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, representing Argentina. His full name is Héctor F. Biassini. He stands 185 cm tall and weighed 87 kg during his competitive career. The Argentine men's eight team finished in 11th place overall. Biographical information about Biassini beyond his Olympic participation is limited.
