György Nébald (born March 9, 1956) is a Hungarian retired sabre fencer. Nébald represented Hungary in four Olympic Games: Moscow 1980, Los Angeles 1984, Seoul 1988, and Barcelona 1992. He won a gold medal in the team sabre event at the 1988 Seoul Olympics and a bronze medal in the same event at the 1980 Moscow Olympics. He also won numerous medals at the World Fencing Championships, including a gold medal in the individual sabre event in 1990, and multiple team gold medals. He is considered one of Hungary's most successful sabre fencers.
