Grischa Janorschke (born May 30, 1987) is a German former professional road cyclist. He competed professionally from 2008 to 2017, primarily known for his strong performances in smaller stage races and as a valuable domestique.

Janorschke began his professional career in 2008 with the German continental team Nutrixxion Sparkasse. He quickly established himself as a promising rider, demonstrating capabilities as a sprinter and a breakaway specialist.
