Greenwich (CDP), Cumberland County, New Jersey

Greenwich is a census-designated place (CDP) located within Greenwich Township in Cumberland County, New Jersey, United States. As an unincorporated community, it is identified by the United States Census Bureau for statistical purposes and does not have its own separate municipal government from Greenwich Township.

The CDP is situated along the Cohansey River, which flows into Delaware Bay. It encompasses the historic village center of Greenwich Township. According to the 2020 United States Census, the population of the Greenwich CDP was 610. The community is known for its historic architecture and its role in colonial-era events, notably the "Greenwich Tea Party" of 1774, a protest against British tea taxes.
