Green Ice is the soundtrack to the 1981 British adventure film Green Ice starring Ryan O'Neal. The soundtrack was composed, produced, and performed by English rock musician Bill Wyman, best known as the bassist for the Rolling Stones. It was released in 1981 on the Polydor label.
Background
The album was Wyman's first film score project and represents his venture into cinematic composition. The music accompanies the film, which is set in Colombia and involves emerald smuggling. Wyman also composed scores for the films Phenomena and Terror at the Opera later in the 1980s.
