- In 1998, the station was upgraded to meet accessibility standards, including the installation of tactile paving and ramps.

- Transperth Armadale line trains serve the station with a typical off‑peak frequency of every 15 minutes, increasing to every 10 minutes during peak periods.
- Platform 1 (southern platform) is used for services toward Perth station; Platform 2 (northern platform) serves trains heading to Armadale.
