Gonçalo Manuel da Silva Franco (born 19 May 2001) is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as a [[midfielder]] for [[Primeira Liga]] club [[G.D. Chaves]].
Club career
Franco began his youth career at prestigious Portuguese clubs, including [[S.L. Benfica]] and [[Sporting CP]], before joining [[G.D. Chaves]]' academy in 2018.He made his senior debut with [[G.D. Chaves B]] in the [[Campeonato de Portugal]] (Portugal's third tier) during the 2020–21 season, gaining valuable experience. His performances quickly earned him a promotion to the first team.
Franco made his professional debut for G.D. Chaves in the [[Liga Portugal 2]] on 24 October 2021, in a match against [[C.D. Feirense]].
