Gmina Cielądz is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Rawa County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. Its administrative seat is the village of Cielądz, which lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) south-east of Rawa Mazowiecka and 65 km (40 mi) south-east of the regional capital Łódź.
The gmina covers an area of 93.89 square kilometres (36.25 sq mi). As of 2023, its total population is estimated to be around 4,150 inhabitants.
