Giuseppe Noal (27 October 1942 – 21 December 2021) was an Italian professional footballer who played as a defender.
Career
Born in Venice, Italy, Noal began his career in the youth ranks of Venezia. He made his senior debut with Venezia in Serie B before the club earned promotion to Serie A. He played for Venezia in Italy's top flight during the 1962–63 and 1963–64 seasons.
In 1965, he transferred to Cagliari, where he continued to play in Serie A. During his time at Cagliari, he contributed to the team that achieved a historic second-place finish in Serie A in the 1968–69 season, though his contributions were limited to three appearances that season. After three seasons with Cagliari, he moved to Padova in 1968, playing in Serie B.
Noal continued his career in lower divisions with clubs such as Sottomarina, Mestrina, and Mirano before retiring from professional football.
Death
Giuseppe Noal passed away on 21 December 2021, at the age of 79.
