Gindib is a village located in the western part of [[Yemen]]. Administratively, it is situated within the [[Al Mahwit Governorate]] and forms part of the [[At Tawilah District]]. The village is characteristic of the mountainous and rugged terrain found in this region of the Arabian Peninsula. Its economy, like many rural communities in Yemen, is primarily based on subsistence agriculture.
