Gigantoproductus is an extinct genus of brachiopods belonging to the family Productidae, order Productida. The genus is known primarily from late Carboniferous (Upper Mississippian to Pennsylvanian) marine sedimentary deposits in Europe and North America. Specimens are notable for their unusually large size among productid brachiopods, with shells reaching lengths of up to 30 cm (≈12 in).

Morphology
