Gert Wieczorkowski

Gert Wieczorkowski (born 1953) is a German former professional footballer who played as a defender.

Wieczorkowski spent his professional career primarily in Germany, making a name for himself in both the Bundesliga and 2. Bundesliga during the 1970s and 1980s.

He began his professional career with MSV Duisburg, where he featured in Germany's top-tier league, the Bundesliga. After his time with Duisburg, he moved to other notable German clubs, including Bayer 05 Uerdingen (now KFC Uerdingen 05) and Rot-Weiss Essen. Throughout his career, Wieczorkowski was recognized for his consistent performance and defensive capabilities.
