Georgia Ann Guy (born 26 November 1993) is a New Zealand former cricketer who played as a right-arm off-break bowler. She represented the New Zealand women's national cricket team in seven One Day Internationals (ODIs) and six Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is) between 2014 and 2015.
Early life and domestic career
Guy was born in Auckland, New Zealand. She played domestic cricket for the Auckland women's team from the 2011/12 season through the 2017/18 season, competing in both the Women's List A and Women's Twenty20 competitions.
International career
Guy made her ODI debut on 12 September 2014 against the West Indies, becoming New Zealand's 131st ODI cap. Her T20I debut followed on 23 September 2014, also against the West Indies, as the 43rd T20I cap for New Zealand. Her final international appearances came in July 2015 against India.
In her international career, Guy took 9 wickets in ODIs at a bowling average of 19.66, with a best bowling performance of 3/23. In T20Is, she took 3 wickets at an average of 33.33, with a best of 1/14. She scored 2 runs in each format.
Career statistics
Across her career, Guy played 56 Women's List A matches, taking 71 wickets at an average of 19.80, including one five-wicket haul (best of 5/19). In Women's Twenty20 cricket, she played 33 matches, taking 26 wickets at an average of 22.00, with a best bowling figure of 3/17.
