George Spence (August 18, 1879 – November 18, 1961) was a Canadian politician. He served as a Member of Parliament (MP) for the federal electoral district of Maple Creek, Saskatchewan, from 1917 to 1925, and again from 1935 to 1945. He was a member of the Liberal Party of Canada.
Born in Scotland, Spence immigrated to Canada and settled in Saskatchewan. He was a farmer and rancher before entering politics.
In the 1917 federal election, Spence was elected as a Unionist MP, a coalition government formed during World War I. After the war, he remained a Liberal MP. He lost his seat in the 1925 election.
Spence regained his seat in the 1935 election and served continuously until his retirement in 1945. During his time in Parliament, he advocated for the interests of farmers and ranchers in Saskatchewan. He was involved in debates related to agricultural policies and trade.
After his retirement from politics, Spence returned to farming. He died in 1961.
