Fu Caishu (born 12 November 1967) is a Chinese former competitive figure skater and current skating coach. She represented China in ladies' singles during the 1980s.
Competitive Career
Fu Caishu competed at the World Junior Championships in 1982 (placing 23rd) and 1983 (placing 19th). She won the gold medal at the 1985 Chinese National Championships. Internationally, she earned a bronze medal at the 1986 Asian Winter Games and a silver medal at the 1986 Fujifilm Trophy. She also competed at the NHK Trophy in the 1984–85 season, finishing 11th.
Coaching Career
After retiring from competition, Fu Caishu became a figure skating coach based in Harbin, China. She has coached notable skaters including Zhu Qiuying, Yang Zhixue, and Jin Boyang. She also served as a coach for the Chinese figure skating team at the Beijing Winter Olympics and has been affiliated with the Beijing Centurystar Skating Club.
