Frogmore and Sherford is a civil parish in the South Hams district of Devon, England. The parish comprises the villages and hamlets of Frogmore, situated on the southern bank of the River Dart near the mouth of Frogmore Creek, and Sherford, located inland to the north of the river. It falls within the county of Devon and the South West England region.

Geography
The parish lies to the east of Totnes and to the west of Dartmouth, bounded to the south by the River Dart and its estuary. The area includes a mix of residential settlements, agricultural land, and coastal marshes. Notable features within the parish are Frogmore Creek, a tidal inlet used for boating and leisure activities, and the surrounding South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The two settlements have historically been separate hamlets within the ancient parish of St. Mary’s, Totnes. The area retains a rural character, with historical ties to agriculture, fishing, and the maritime trade associated with the River Dart.
