Fred Hill (born April 24, 1934, died February 6, 2018) was an American football coach. He served as the head football coach at Lehigh University from 1965 to 1966, compiling a record of 6–13. Prior to his time at Lehigh, Hill served as an assistant coach at the University of Pennsylvania. He was a graduate of Duke University where he played football. Following his coaching career, Hill transitioned into a career in finance. He is also notable for being the father of former Major League Baseball pitcher Bob Hill.
