Edgar Frank Salmon, D.D. (1884–1979) was an Anglican priest who served as Dean of Ottawa from 1932 to 1938.
Biography
Frank Salmon was born in Reading, England, in 1884. He was educated at the Church Missionary Society College, Islington, and was ordained in 1908. He began his clerical career in Canada at Elmvale, Ontario, and subsequently served at Cookstown and Galetta.
In 1921, he came to Christ Church Cathedral, Ottawa, where he served as a curate until 1926, then as rector until 1932, and finally as dean until 1938. He then moved to the United States, serving as Rector of Holy Trinity, Philadelphia, from 1938 to 1951.
He died in 1979.

There is also a Frank Salmon, OMI (Oblate of Mary Immaculate), a Catholic missionary priest in British Columbia, Canada. Ordained in 1973, he served at St. Anne's Catholic Indian Church on Vancouver Island and was awarded the St. Joseph's Award by Catholic Missions in Canada in recognition of his missionary work. This is a different individual from the Anglican dean described above.
