Frank Mazzilli

Frank Mazzilli (born May 21, 1950) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey player. He played as a forward in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the New York Rangers during the 1970s.

Mazzilli was drafted by the New York Rangers in the first round, 10th overall, of the 1970 NHL Amateur Draft. He made his NHL debut with the Rangers during the 1970–71 season. Over his NHL career, Mazzilli played 25 games, recording 3 goals and 3 assists for 6 points.

Prior to and concurrently with his NHL appearances, Mazzilli played extensively in the American Hockey League (AHL), primarily for the New Haven Nighthawks, then the Rangers' primary minor league affiliate. He was known for his physical style of play. His professional playing career concluded in the mid-1970s.
