Frank Lowe

Frank Lowe (born 5 October 1941) is a British advertising executive notable for founding the international advertising agency Lowe & Partners (originally known as Lowe Worldwide). He began his career in the United Kingdom’s advertising industry in the 1960s, working for agencies such as Collett Dickenson Pearce and later establishing his own boutique firm, Lowe & Partners, in 1982. Under his leadership, the agency expanded globally and became known for high‑profile campaigns for brands including Tesco, Guinness, and Sony.

Lowe’s work has been recognized with multiple industry awards, and he has been listed among the most influential figures in advertising by publications such as Campaign and The Telegraph. In addition to his agency activities, Lowe has served on the boards of various media and marketing companies and has been a vocal advocate for creative excellence in the advertising sector.

In the early 2000s, Lowe sold a majority stake in his agency to the Interpublic Group (IPG), after which he continued to work as a consultant and mentor within the industry. He has also authored articles on advertising strategy and contributed to discussions on the evolving role of creativity in business.
