François Gourmet (born 24 September 1982 in Boussu, Belgium) is a Belgian former professional track cyclist. He specialized in sprint events, notably the individual sprint and keirin.
Gourmet represented Belgium in international competitions for several years, competing at the highest level of track cycling.
