Fernando Arlete is a former track and field athlete who represented Guinea-Bissau in international sprinting competitions.
Arlete competed in the men's 100 metres at two editions of the Summer Olympic Games. At the 1996 Atlanta Olympics, he participated in the preliminary heats, finishing with a time of 11.00 seconds. He returned to represent Guinea-Bissau at the 2000 Sydney Olympics, where he recorded a time of 11.02 seconds in his heat. In both appearances, he did not advance to the quarterfinal rounds.
