FC Nistru Otaci (Romanian: Fotbal Club Nistru Otaci) was a professional football club based in the town of Otaci, Briceni District, Moldova. The club competed in the Moldovan National Division, the top tier of Moldovan football, before being dissolved in the mid‑2010s.

The precise date of the club’s foundation is not uniformly documented; most sources indicate that FC Nistru Otaci was established in the early 1990s, shortly after Moldova declared independence from the Soviet Union.
