FC Helios Kharkiv

FC Helios Kharkiv was a Ukrainian professional football club based in the city of Kharkiv. The club was founded in 2002 and initially competed in regional amateur competitions. In the 2009–10 season, Helios entered the Ukrainian Second League, the third tier of the Ukrainian football league system. After achieving promotion, the club played in the Ukrainian First League, the second tier, where it remained until 2018.

In early 2018, the club underwent a change of ownership and was renamed FC Kobra Kharkiv. The renamed entity participated in the 2018–19 Ukrainian First League but withdrew from competition in July 2018 and was subsequently dissolved. Following the dissolution, no successor club directly continued the sporting legacy of FC Helios Kharkiv.

Stadium
During its existence, FC Helios Kharkiv played its home matches at the Helios Arena, a facility in Kharkiv with a capacity of approximately 2,000 spectators.

Club colors and crest
The team's official colors were blue and white. The club's crest featured a stylized sun (the Greek word “Helios” means “sun”), reflecting the name's mythological origin.
