María Fátima Blázquez Lozano (born 14 May 1975) is a Spanish former professional road cyclist. She represented Spain at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta and the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, both times competing in the women's road race.

Career
Blázquez began to gain prominence in 1994 when, at age 19, she placed second in the Spanish National Road Race Championship. She competed professionally between 1994 and 2008. Her best results include winning a stage in the Giro d'Italia Femminile and winning a stage in the WWT Emakumeen Bira (the Tour of the Basque Country).
She represented Spain at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, where she competed in the women's road race, and again at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney in the same event.
Post-racing career
After retiring from professional cycling, Blázquez has been involved in trail running event organization. She serves as the director of the 3 Días Trail Ibiza, an endurance trail running event on the island of Ibiza. In 2026, she was honored by the Spanish Olympic Committee (Comité Olímpico Español) as part of a tribute to athletes who represented Spain at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of those Games.
