Ezekiel Ikupolati

Ezekiel O. Ikupolati is a retired [[Nigerian]] [[Anglican]] bishop who served as the first Bishop of the [[Anglican Diocese of Igbomina]] within the [[Church of Nigeria]].

Biography Ezekiel Ikupolati was consecrated as a bishop on January 23, 2005, at the Cathedral Church of St. Jude, Ebute Metta, [[Lagos]], [[Nigeria]]. He was subsequently enthroned as the pioneer Bishop of the newly created Diocese of Igbomina. This diocese was carved out of the [[Kwara Diocese]] and is headquartered in [[Omu-Aran]], [[Kwara State]].

During his tenure, Bishop Ikupolati was instrumental in establishing the Anglican Church's presence and fostering its growth across the Igbomina region. His episcopacy focused on evangelism, the establishment of new parishes, and various community development projects.

Bishop Ikupolati served as the spiritual head of the Diocese of Igbomina for 16 years. He retired from his position in 2021, and his successor was the Right Reverend Olajide Adebayo.
