Eva-Catharina Cramer (colloquially known as Catharina Cramer, born 14 February 1978 in Warstein, West Germany) is a German businesswoman and brewery heiress. She is the sole owner and managing partner of the Warsteiner Group, having taken over the family business in 2012 following the death of her father, Albert Cramer.
Early Life and Education
Cramer is the youngest of three daughters of Albert Cramer (1943–2012), the eighth-generation sole proprietor of the Warsteiner Brewery, and Marianne Cramer. She attended the Königsmünster Abbey School in Meschede and later studied business at the European Business School London.
Career
After completing her studies, Cramer held internships in investment banking and worked at JPMorgan Chase in 2002. She was subsequently employed at the market research institute Ipsos in Paris and at Pernod Ricard, where she served as product manager for Ramazotti and Becherovka. In 2003, she officially joined the family business, Warsteiner, becoming the ninth-generation family member to lead the company. She assumed the role of CEO in 2012.
Personal Life
On 10 June 2012, Cramer married Frank Raddue (born 1970), a former mason and construction company owner. The couple has two children, born in 2013 and 2015.
