Eva Ramm (born 1948) is a Norwegian civil servant and former director. She is primarily known for her role as the director of the Norwegian Directorate for Nature Management (DN), a position she held from 2004 until its dissolution in 2010 when its responsibilities were transferred to the Norwegian Environment Agency.
Throughout her career, Ramm held various senior positions within the Norwegian public administration, particularly within the environmental sector. Before her directorship at DN, she served in the Norwegian Ministry of the Environment, including as Assistant Director General. Her work has largely focused on environmental policy, nature conservation, and public administration in Norway. She holds a degree in law from the University of Oslo.
