Eva Marcille

Eva Marcille (born Eva Pigford; September 30, 1984) is an American actress, model, and television personality. She first gained public recognition after winning the third cycle of the reality television series America's Next Top Model (ANTM) in 2004, becoming the first African-American woman to do so. Following her victory on ANTM, Marcille pursued a career in modeling, signing with several major agencies and appearing in campaigns for brands such as L’Oréal, CoverGirl, and Ford Models.

Transitioning into acting, Marcille has appeared in a range of television series and films. Notable television credits include recurring roles on The Young and the Restless (as Carmen Mesta), Girlfriends, Grandfathered, and The Game. Her film work includes appearances in The House Bunny (2008) and The Way Back (2020). Marcille has also participated in reality competition shows, serving as a judge on America's Next Top Model Cycle 18 (2012) and competing on Celebrity Apprentice (2015).

In addition to her entertainment career, Marcille has been involved in charitable efforts, particularly focusing on health awareness and youth mentorship programs. She has spoken publicly about issues such as body positivity and mental health, drawing upon her experiences in the modeling and entertainment industries.

Personal life: Marcille was born in Los Angeles, California. She legally changed her surname from Pigford to Marcille in 2008, citing personal and professional reasons. She has one child, a son born in 2019.
