Eugoa obliquipuncta is a species of moth in the family Erebidae, subfamily Arctiinae, and tribe Lithosiini (commonly known as lichen moths). It was first described by the British entomologist Jeremy Daniel Holloway in 2001.
Distribution and habitat
The species is found on the island of Borneo (including Brunei). Its habitat consists of various lowland forest types, including heath forests and secondary forests.
Description
The length of the forewings is 8–9 mm. The specific epithet obliquipuncta refers to the distinctive oblique puncta (spots or marks) on the wings.

The type locality is Brunei. The holotype (a male specimen) is held at the Natural History Museum, London (BMNH), with the BM arctiid slide number 4796, collected on 15 December 1979 by R. Fairclough.
