Eugoa cucullata is a species of moth in the family Erebidae, subfamily Arctiinae. It was first described by entomologist Jeremy Daniel Holloway in 2001.

Description
Adult individuals have a forewing length of 7–8 mm. The forewings are predominantly grey with dark‑brown fasciation, while the hindwings are bone‑white with a faint brownish tint near the apex.
Distribution and Habitat
Eugoa cucullata is known from the island of Borneo. It inhabits various lowland forest types, including both primary and secondary forests.
