The Església de Sant Pere del Tarter is a Romanesque parish church located in the village of Tarter, within the parish of Canillo in the Principality of Andorra. Dedicated to Saint Peter, the church dates from the 11th–12th centuries, making it one of the early medieval religious structures in the region.
Architecture and layout
- Constructed primarily of stone, the building follows the typical Romanesque plan of a single nave terminating in a semicircular apse.
- The façade is modest, featuring a small bell gable (campanar) rather than a full tower.
