Erik von Holst (30 August 1894 – 31 May 1962) was an Estonian-born sailor and ice sailor who also held German citizenship. He was born in Vaivara Parish, Estonia, and died in Eutin, West Germany.
Von Holst represented Estonia at the 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin, competing in the men's Olympic monotype class (sailing). Beyond his Olympic participation, he was also a notable designer and constructor of ice yachts. He is credited with designing and constructing the International Monotype-XV ice yacht, a class of iceboat that became widely recognized in the sport of ice sailing.
His life spanned the late Imperial Russian period, Estonian independence, and the post-World War II era, and he is remembered both for his athletic representation of Estonia on the Olympic stage and for his technical contributions to ice yacht design.
