Erica Skroski (born February 14, 1994) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a defender.
Skroski played collegiate soccer for the Rutgers Scarlet Knights from 2012 to 2015. During her time at Rutgers University, she earned several honors, including being named the Big Ten Conference Defender of the Year in 2015. She was a key component of the defensive unit that helped the team reach the NCAA College Cup semifinals for the first time in program history in 2015.
In the 2016 National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) College Draft, Skroski was selected in the third round (23rd overall) by Sky Blue FC. She made her professional debut in 2016 and became a consistent presence in the club's defensive line. She remained with the organization through its transition and rebranding to NJ/NY Gotham FC in 2021. Throughout her tenure in the NWSL, she was recognized for her durability and tactical positioning.
At the international level, Skroski has represented the United States as a member of the under-23 national team. She was part of the squad that competed in the 2016 Nordic Cup.
