Eric Bongers (24 January 1924 – 7 August 2002) was a South African sailor. He competed in the Finn event at the 1956 Summer Olympics, which were held in Melbourne, Australia. The Finn is a single-handed dinghy class, and the event was part of the sailing program at those Games. Bongers was born on 24 January 1924 and died on 7 August 2002 at the age of 78.
