Elina Tzengko was born on July 16, 2002, in Nea Moudania, Chalkidiki, Greece. She comes from an athletic family; her father, George Tzengko, is also her coach. She began her career in athletics at a young age, quickly demonstrating a natural aptitude for the javelin throw. Her early development was marked by consistent improvement and a strong competitive drive.
